As the summer comes to an end it brings cool weather and even snow! Here at Colorado Mountain college being apart of the Ski and Snowboard Business Program. Our passion as students and even the instructors is to be on the mountain in the snowy weather shredding in that freshly laid powder.
In the mid to late month of October, we landed some fresh early season snow. In downtown (which didn't last very long) and in some of our most favorite backcountry spots, Buff Pass. The snow stayed and piled up after a few other storms and has given us a chance for early winter shreds.
Many of our friends went out and got there ski legs before mountain opening on November 23, 2017.
As we get these early snows it pumps us up for the slopes to open, and get out on the mountain for even more fresh champagne powder.
This also keeps our spirits up in the Ski and Snowboard Business program, as we get more in touch with the ski business’ inner workings, as the semester comes to an end.
